Camisha is a Certified Starting Strength Coach and the owner of Iron Therapy, LLC. With over 10 years of experience training with barbells, she helps clients build real-world strength that improves how they move, feel, and live.
Camisha coaches simple, effective movements—such as squats, presses, and pulls—using individualized programming based on each client’s goals and recovery. Her approach is grounded in the Starting Strength method, focusing on sustainable progress and long-term results.
A competitive powerlifter for five years and a USPA powerlifting referee, Camisha brings both athletic and coaching experience to every session. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to train smarter, her goal is to help you build confidence, resilience, and strength that lasts. She is currently working toward licensure in massage therapy to further support recovery and performance.

Partner Trainer
Frank brings over 10 years of experience in health and fitness, beginning his coaching journey after his service in the U.S. Navy. He started as a strength and conditioning coach for young athletes and evolved into a health coach focused on rebuilding the body from the inside out.
Frank works with men and women who feel low on energy, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck without confidence. His approach centers on restoring internal health to support strength, clarity, and long-term vitality—because when your system starts working for you, everything changes.
He believes internal health creates external confidence, and stronger biology builds stronger humans. Watching clients rediscover strength, identity, and purpose in their bodies is what drives his work every day.
Fun fact: Frank has a miniature dachshund named Bubbles—aka “the little ween”—and she’s absolutely the best 🐾

Amanda, owner of Crave Your Health LLC, is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer through AFAA with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in strength and conditioning, running, and body composition improvement, helping clients build strong, capable bodies that fit their real lives.
As a mother of four, Amanda understands how busy life can be and how challenging it is to prioritize health and fitness. Her coaching approach is practical, supportive, and results-driven—designed to help clients stay consistent and make progress without overwhelm.

A former Track & Field athlete and current natural bodybuilding competitor in the Figure and Fit Body divisions, Sherrie brings a performance-minded yet client-centered approach to coaching. She helps individuals build strength, improve mobility, and develop long-term habits that support both physical progress and overall well-being.
Using a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing not just on physical transformations, but also on fostering positive relationships with exercise and self-care. Together, they work to achieve your goals in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and enjoyable.

Kate is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Health Coach serving for 4 years in the fitness space. Kate has led nearly 1,500 fitness classes, helping individuals transform their health and wellness. She is particularly passionate about empowering women of all ages to get strong and healthy through sustainable lifestyle changes.
Her deep interest in optimal wellness began after her son's autism diagnosis in 2008, sparking a lifelong commitment to holistic health. A fitness enthusiast, Kate has completed 3 full marathons, 8 half marathons, and numerous 5-10K races. Outside the gym she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Kate is dedicated to helping others discover the joy in movement, balance, and a strong body and mind.

Kaley is a personal and group fitness trainer and a proud mom of two. Growing up playing a variety of sports, Kaley developed a lifelong love for movement and brings a natural, athletic approach to her coaching.
Kaley is passionate about helping clients grow not only physically, but mentally—building confidence, strength, and resilience along the way. Her training style focuses on incorporating everyday movements into strength-based workouts while improving stability, endurance, and overall well-being.
Certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Kaley also holds certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Spinning, and Nutrition. She is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and supporting them through a positive, empowering fitness journey.
