Building strength in a safe environment with Kelly's 15+ years experience as a fitness & wellness coach. Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength & Conditioning Association. And has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Cincinnati in Health Promotion.

Coach Heather, owner of HK Mindful Wellness, has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 10+ yrs. Additionally, she holds certificates and training in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, POUND, Stretch & Mobility Coach and Perinatal Fitness. Currently working on her Behavioral Change Specialist certification and a certificate in Prehab vs Rehab. She is passionate about helping others with a balanced health and wellness routine that provides them the ability to be stronger, feel healthier, and prevent injury. When not working she enjoys training, learning, most things outdoors, traveling, and family time.
Coach Victor Falco, owner of Barbell Kaizen is founded on the principle that all things should continually improve. To be a master at your craft, one must always have the desire to escape complacency and work towards something bigger. This ideal is the driving factor that all clients will embrace while working with Victor. Victor is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. Exercise Science at Wilmington College, and soon to be NSCA Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with a decade of experience working with a diverse demographic of clients. A scientific, evidence-based approach goes into all the decisions that make up the clients’ diet, programming, and performance-based goals. Although any client will find success partnering with Victor at Barbell Kaizen, Victor has a special skill set in working with strength and performance-based athletes such as high school and college athletic season prep, power-lifting meet prep, strongman competition prep, and off-season bodybuilding growth. No matter the skill level, goal, or starting point, Barbell Kaizen will help you feel strong, powerful, and comfortable in your own skin while always continually improving.
Coach Jen Hoeck, owner of HIIT & Hustle, has been active her whole life playing sports and has a true passion for fitness. Coach Jen has 4 beautiful children that keep her very busy but she loves every second! Her mission is to create a community of women that feel empowered and confident. Whether your goals are physical, emotional and mental, Coach Jen can help create lasting change so you can live your best life! Jen's class is held M/W/F at 6-7AM. And Friday 7-8AM.
Coach Erin Marie McQuillen, owner of Lift With Erin, is a mother of 2 toddlers. She is committed to helping her clients reach their goals by incorporating strength training into their routines. Erin is passionate about keeping fitness simple, yet effective. If you are looking to lose fat, build muscle, and build sustainable habits, look no further. Erin is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and Nutrition certification as well. Erin offers 1:1 personal training, small group training, and a small group fitness class (Weights for Women and Strength + Conditioning)
Coach Amanda Hayward, is a certified group fitness instructor, marathon runner, editor at Cincinnati Family magazine and a mama of three. She began her business, Crave Your Health, when she found herself in the midst of motherhood, trying to juggle it all while trying to take care of herself and still follow her passions. She passed her Group Fitness course through AFAA in 2012, ran her first marathon and went on to teaching fitness classes, helping others find balance in a healthy lifestyle and the little things in life!
Terry Roberts is a retired business professional. And Former 2 sport Division 1 Athlete
Now as a certified personal trainer he is making it his mission to focus on Seniors and Youth Training!

Coach Nathan Hater has been devoted to strength training for 20+ years. In high school he was part of the 1,000 lbs club at a body weight of 155 lbs. He attended Eastern Kentucky University for football & graduated with a bachelors in Physical Fitness & Wellness Management. Nathan competed in bodybuilding before focusing his attention on helping others. He currently works with anyone who seeks to better themselves through strength training & improved nutrition. Nathan is passionate about working with young athletes to improve speed, agility, and strength. Nathan has furthered his education in Nursing then onto his Masters in Nursing Anesthesia.
