We offer needed gym space to fitness entrepreneurs so they can run their own fitness business in a semiprivate gym setting. We recognize the struggle for personal trainers and independent fitness professionals in the fitness industry and we have the solution. As the gym will not be open to the public. All the trainers will be independent contractors to the gym, renting their need time to train their clients.

Coach Amanda Hayward, is a certified group fitness instructor, marathon runner, editor at Cincinnati Family magazine and a mama of three. She began her business, Crave Your Health, when she found herself in the midst of motherhood, trying to juggle it all while trying to take care of herself and still follow her passions. She passed her Group Fitness course through AFAA in 2012, ran her first marathon and went on to teaching fitness classes, helping others find balance in a healthy lifestyle and the little things in life!
Coach Nathan Hater has been devoted to strength training for 20+ years. In high school he was part of the 1,000 lbs club at a body weight of 155 lbs. He attended Eastern Kentucky University for football & graduated with a bachelors in Physical Fitness & Wellness Management. Nathan competed in bodybuilding before focusing his attention on helping others. He currently works with anyone who seeks to better themselves through strength training & improved nutrition. Nathan is passionate about working with young athletes to improve speed, agility, and strength. Nathan has furthered his education in Nursing then onto his Masters in Nursing Anesthesia.

Coach Erin McQuillen, owner of Lift With Erin, is a mother of 2 toddlers. She is committed to helping her clients reach their goals by incorporating strength training into their routines. Erin is passionate about keeping fitness simple, yet effective. If you are looking to lose fat, build muscle, and build sustainable habits, look not further. Erin is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is continuing her education currently by obtaining a Nutrition certification as well. Erin offers 1:1 personal training, small group training, and a small group fitness class (Weights for Women and Strength + Conditioning)
Coach Heather, owner of HK Mindful Wellness, has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 10+ yrs. Additionally, she holds certificates and training in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, POUND, Flexologist and Perinatal Fitness. Currently working on her Behavioral Change Specialist certification and a certificate in Prehab vs Rehab. She is passionate about helping others with a balanced health and wellness routine that provides them the ability to be stronger, feel healthier, and prevent injury. When not working she enjoys training, learning, most things outdoors, traveling, and family time.
Coach Christine, owner of CD Performance, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, GGS Pre/Post Natal, PN Nutrition 1-3, Balanced Body Pilates Reformer Level 1, and The Health Mindset Coaching Certification (HMCC). She is a mama of three littles. Married for 9 years and their family loves to stay active and be outside. They love walking and running the trails behind their home and are always up for a bike ride. Christine has been an athlete all her life which has transferred into coaching women. Coach Victor Falco, owner of Barbell Kaizen is founded on the principle that all things should continually improve. To be a master at your craft, one must always have the desire to escape complacency and work towards something bigger. This ideal is the driving factor that all clients will embrace while working with Victor. Victor is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. Coach Heidi Michelle, owner of The Muscle Nurse, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of healthcare experience. She is happily married and a mom of two. Heidi and her husband are dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and staying fit. Heidi is passionate about combining her medical knowledge with her personal training experience to create customized fitness and wellness plans for her clients based off their current health conditions and goals. Heidi works with clients such as injured or recovering athletes, those with cardiac conditions, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, bone injuries and much more. She believes exercise is the most under prescribed medicine for health conditions and one that will allow you to achieve your optimal quality of life.
Coach Ryan, owner of Heart of a Lion Fitness, has a passion for helping people become their best physical and mental self. He wants to help people not only in the gym but all walks of life to become successful and well rounded. Ryan has his personal training and nutritionist certification through ISSA. With over 20 years of gym, athletic, and sport experience, and currently coaching for a travel baseball organization. Ryan is also passionate about training athletes, be it general strength/conditioning/agility or sport specific. He has the knowledge and resources for continuous growth and development of athletes. Having recovered from injuries through the years, routine body maintenance is important, as he understands the importance and positive impact that fitness and the gym have on your mind, but to have an “overcoming adversity” mentality and bounce back. Ryan prides himself on being a jack of all trades, and will help you achieve any goal. He offers individual and group sessions, as well as sport specific training, and boxing for fitness and boxing for self defense.
Coach Traci Shinkle, owner of TuffGirl Fitness, is an experienced Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Fitness Instructor with a successful history of 25 years working with the health, wellness, and fitness industry. Certified in nutrition coaching, personal fitness training, group fitness, TRX, practical yoga, mat Pilates, and Spin with specialties in women's health coaching and type 1 diabetes.
